PB Models
Though the impact of the electric guitar is obvious, the significance of the electric bass is just as influential in the creation of modern popular music. Eschewing the traditional stand up bass in favor of the electric enabled groups to perform in larger venues, to bigger audiences, and was the last step in truly electrifying music. Our PB Models honor the tradition and feel of these trailblazers.
PB52
Our PB52 is based on the simple and perfect design of the original with a 20 fret maple neck, ash body, single coil pickup and minimalist layout. It features updates in the bridge and tuners for improved durability and ease of adjustment. Though traditionally Butterscotch Blonde with a 1-ply Black pickguard, all our standard colors are available.
For the late 60s/early 70s look, we offer a rosewood fingerboard and 3-ply pickguard in White or Tortoise Shell.

PB55
Sharing virtually all specs with the PB52, the PB55 adds contours to the front and back for improved comfort, and a 1-ply White pickguard instead of the Black. Although the 2 Tone Burst pictured here is traditional, we offer the PB55 in all of our standard colors.

PB57
The design of the PB57 is based on the tremendously popular S Model guitars, the influence of which can been seen in the PB57's pickguard, body shape, and headstock. This build features a split coil pickup for hum-canceling and a bigger output. Our PB57 comes in both ash and alder. While Two Tone, Three Tone, and Black are the classic finish choices, this model is available in all of our standard colors. A Gold Anodized pickguard makes for the most traditional look, although 3-ply Black, White, Mint, Tortoise Shell, and Pearl are options as well.

PB63
The final step in the evolution of our PB models is the PB63, and it is by far the most popular. The PB63 comes with a rosewood neck and 3-ply pickguard in Black, White, Mint, Tortoise Shell, or Pearl. Seen here in Three Tone with a Tortoise Shell pickgaurd, this model is available in all of our standard colors.
