For warranty issues, your first line of contact should be the original dealer from which the instrument was purchased.

For instruments purchased secondhand please use the 'CONTACT US' button below and we will do our best to assist you.

Please note... we will be unable to assist you without the original serial number which can be found on the top of the headstock, under the pickgaurd, or in the neck pocket. It will be formatted with a two or three letter code followed by a number i.e. MB-69.

+ PICKGUARD SALES / REPLACEMENTS

We do not sell replacement pickguards, aged parts, components, or cases. We apologize!

WD pickguards are the closest fit, but please note: our pickguards are hand fit in house to the specific profile of each neck heel individually to ensure a tight fit with minimal gapping. A pickguard swap will require some fitting in the neck pocket area of the pickguard (usually by Dremel, sand paper, etc), and may require filling and re-drilling of the pickguard mounting screws. Additionally WD offers a service where you trace your current pickguard and they will custom make one to your dimensions.

For guitars we use D'Addario 10-46 EXL110

For basses we use Dunlop 45-105 DBN45105

Please note: The are the strings installed HERE, but may not be the strings on your instrument, as it's possible they were changed by the dealer.

+ INSTRUMENT VERIFICATION

For instrument verification please email directly with serial number and detailed photos to info@nashguitars.com
