I have a rosewood fretboard, will I have any issues taking my instruemnt across international borders / are there issues with CITES and brazilian rosewood?

We do not sell direct. We do, however, have a very extensive network of authorized dealers, any of whom will be happy to assist you in the purchase of an instrument.
Can I buy just a neck, body, or other component?
We do not sell anything other than complete guitars.
Where can I find information about a spec not listed on the site?

Can I send you my instrument to be aged?
As we are a manufacturer, and not a relicing service, we do not age anything other than our own product. However, there are number of great companies out there who provide this service!
I have a defect/warranty issue. What do I do?
The dealer from whom you purchased your instrument is your first contact. If they cannot satisfactorily address the issue, please email us. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
